Imperial Japanese Navy sailor wood craving fallen most likely in the Russian - Japanese conflict 1903. Back opening for small Buddhist altar Mamori. Bottom inscription of maker Koun Jin (康運謹). Some wear from usage ant time. Japan WW1.

Period: 1900 - 1910

Dimensions: H 32 cm, total weight 0.460 Kg + wrapping.

Conditions: good, some wear from usage and time. Left collar and small legs chippings. Please see photos.
