Returns & Refund policy.

Japanese Vintage & Antiques wants you to be entirely satisfied and 100% confident in us and our service.

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return item to us for an exchange or full refund within 1 week  of shipping delivery.

Please note: If you are sending your item back to be exchanged or refunded you will not be reimbursed for initial postage paid or postage cost back to us, unless we recognize our fault in item problem.

Order cancellation and total refund:  Order cancellation or total refund can apply if your item/s has not been yet shipped. 

Returns must take place within 1 week from delivery.  Any items you wish to return must be in the exact condition you received it with original wrapping.

Restocking fee:  5% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. Such fee will be deducted from item refund.

Shipping costs and Tax/Customs fees are non-refundable:  Return shipping and item safety is the customer's responsibility. 

Items cases: Considering the antique or vintage nature of items Japanese Vintage & Antiques will examine each case and determine it’s responsibility.
